Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service would like the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery.
On September 22, 2016 between 3 and 4 a.m. an unidentified female entered two Mac’s Convenience Stores located at 187 Gore Street and 12 Second Line West.
The suspect had a pocket knife in her hand and robbed the Gore Street store and later attempted to rob the Second Line store.
The suspect was described as being 5’2” to 5’5” average build wearing a dark hoodie with white pyjama bottoms.
The incident was caught on video surveillance and even though the female suspect covered her face she wore a distinct hoodie which had a logo of flames up the front that read “Mustang” with the Ford Company logo below it.
