VIDEO: Who took $1,500 worth of meat

Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service would like the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a break and enter.

On the August 8, 2016 at approximately 2:40 am an unknown male broke into the HD Sports Grill located at 89 Foster Drive.

The suspect entered the kitchen and broke the freezer lock with a hammer and proceeded to take $1,500 in meat from the freezer.

On top of taking $1,500 in meat the suspect caused over $500.00 in damage by breaking in.

The male suspect was caught on video and described as being approximately 5’8”, scruffy beard and carrying two duffel bags.
