May Forster has been a familiar face around our area hospitals for the last five decades. May has been volunteering with local hospitals for 55 years, and has no plans to slow down. In anticipation of National Volunteer Week, taking place April 10th-16th across Canada, LOCAL2 caught up with May at Sault Area Hospital to chat about what keeps her dedicated to volunteering after all of these years.
