Starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, knitters are gathering at Shabby Motley Handcraft for a full 24-hour marathon of knitting. The second annual 24 Hour Knit-a-Thon fundraiser sees participants create warm wearables, and gather funds and food for our local Soup Kitchen Community Centre.
Drop-in donations are welcome throughout the event, which ends on Sunday at 9 a.m.
