What represented the Group Health Centre a quarter-century ago? Staff and community members found out today, when a 25 year-old time capsule was dug up at the McNabb Street location of the Centre.
The event today ended with a new capsule being buried, that is intended to be dug up in 2038, at the Centre's 75th anniversary.
