VIDEO: On the fifth day of Christmas, Janice doesn't like surprises, but she loved this one

Janice has dedicated her life to helping others. Today, she is on the receiving end of kindness.

Janice is described as the heart of the Echo Bay community, where she is the Fire Chief for the Volunteer Fire Department, teaches fire safety and prevention, drives a school bus, delivers newspapers, and does general errands for neighbours and friends.

A jill of all trades, Janice really does do it all, and without any need for recognition. On today's 12 Days of Christmas, we give her the thanks she deserves for all that she does for her community, with a surprise visit to one of her school presentations.
