James worked as a video journalist for CTV Northern Ontario in Sault Ste. Marie, APTN National News in Halifax and CBC News in Saskatoon prior to joining SooToday in 2017.
He has worked on television, radio, print and digital news platforms at different points in his career.
Born and raised on Manitoulin Island, James is a proud member of Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory.
