STOLEN PROPERTY FOUND
2 men will appear in bail court this morning after a residence they had been staying at was searched by city police officers. Blake Hudson age 21 and Thomas Renner age 19 were each charged with 4 counts of possession of stolen property after a search was executed at a residence on Hughes Street. Officers located articles that had been taken from break and enters on Wilcox Avenue, Anna Street, Trelawne Ave. and Hughes St.

IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGE
27-year-old Daniel St. John of 1151 Allen Side Road will appear in court on February 23 after being arrested and charged with impaired driving and over 80mg. Officers attended on Goulais Avenue where they located a snow machine stuck between a guardrail and a snow bank. The officers found Mr. St. John to be the operator of the snow machine. This incident took place at 2:52 am this morning.

ASSAULT CHARGES
A Christmas day occurrence resulted in 24-year-old Carrie-Lynn Boudreau being arrested this weekend for assault with a weapon. At approximately 11 pm Christmas night Miss Boudreau threw a beer glass at a female victim, striking her in the forehead. A February 23rd court date has been set.

As a result of this same incident 20 year-old Christina Fulin was arrested and charged. Miss Fulin is alleged to have punched and kicked the same female victim. Miss Fulin will also appear in court on February 23rd having been charged with assault.

IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGES
At 2:24 am Sunday morning officers checked a vehicle on Pardee Avenue after they observed it being driven on the wrong side of the road. Arrested and charged with impaired driving and over 80mg is Ryan Godson-Roy, age 20 of 19 Pardee Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in court in February 23rd.

AN ODOR OF THEFT
On Saturday afternoon at 3:15 Bobbie Jean Wilson, age 25, of 154 Albert Street was arrested and charged with theft under $5000 and breaching her probation. Miss Wilson was seen taking 3 bottles of perfume from the Sears store in the Station Mall. A February 23rd court date has been set for her.

DOMESTIC PUNCH-UPS
A domestic dispute at 1:30 Sunday morning saw a 50-year-old male charged with assault and breach of probation. It is alleged that the man struck the female victim in the eye with an unknown object. The incident occurred in the downtown core of the city. The man will appear in court in February.

A domestic dispute in the city’s west end resulted in a 44 year old man being and arrested and charged with assault and breach of probation. The male is alleged to have pushed and punched a female victim. The man, who was arrested at 12:36 am Sunday was scheduled to appear in bail court on Sunday morning.

POSSESSION CHARGES
Officers from the Joint Forces Drug Unit searched a residence on Henrietta Street On Friday that led to the arrest of 39-year-old Vincent Emilio Bernardo of 127 Henrietta Street. As a result of the search officers charged Mr. Bernardo with Possession of a controlled Substance, cannabis resin. He will appear in court on February 16th.
