ARRESTED FOR BREACH OF UNDERTAKING
Yesterday at 1:25 a.m., Kelly Boyer, age 27 of #114-379 Lake Street, was allegedly at a home in the 300 block of Farwell Terrace. City Police received a 911 call from the homeowner that a male was banging on the door.

Patrol officers went to that address and located the accused in the backyard. Boyer had a strong odour of alcoholic beverage on his breath. He was on a recognizance of bail with conditions to abstain consumption of alcohol and curfew in residence between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Officers arrested and charged Boyer with two counts of Breach of Undertaking. He will appear in Bail Court today.


ASSAULT LANDS MAN IN JAIL
On Saturday, between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am, a 51-year-old male assaulted a 37-year-old female at his residence on Prince Lake by choking her and throwing her against a chair.
