City police report a fairly quiet twenty-four hour period. One young person was arrested for breach of an undertaking. He was to be in his home from 7pm to 7am but police found his on the street at 12.25 this morning.
Police arrested Andrew Carbone, age 45 of 361 Borden Avenue, this morning and charged him with two counts of breach of probation and three counts of breaching an undertaking.
To top off the morning, police arrested a male for being intoxicated in a public place. It was 6:45a.m when the arrest was made.
