DOMESTIC DISPUTE
Yesterday at 6:20 am, police officers were called to a Boston Avenue address regarding a domestic dispute. A 39-year-old female assaulted her common law spouse, a 41-year-old male, by slapping the right side of his face, pulling his hair and biting his left index finger.
At the time of the incident the female was on a recognizance of bail with conditions not to go to the Boston Avenue home and not to consume alcohol. She was charged with Assault and two counts of Failing to Comply with Release Conditions and Breach of Probation.
The male assaulted the female by grabbing her by the face and pushing her. The male was arrested and charged with Breaching his Release Conditions by molesting, harassing and annoying the female. He was also charged with Assault. Both parties received minor injuries that did not require medical treatment. They will both appear in Bail Court today.
