STOLEN PROPERTY
Heather Mai Rivers 30 Oct. 1973 has been charged with possession of stolen property. She was observed by Police crossing Great Northern Rd. with an unopened V.C.R./D.V.D. box. She hid the item behind a tree and when questioned by Police was unable to produce receipt or were she got the V.C.R/D.V.D. A further check showed that Ms. Rivers was wanted for obstruct Police.

SEXUAL ASSAULT
City Police attended at Pembroke District Jail and arrested a 38 yr. Old person for a dated sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and sexual assault. He is to appear in bail court today at 1:30 p.m.

CAR BREAK IN
Police arrested a 17 yr old person for 3 counts of breaking and entering, 4 counts of theft, 2 counts of mischief and one count of breach of recognizance. A young person was observed in the Rushmere Dr. area of the City for a person going thru cars. A witness was able to give officers an excellent description of the suspect and where the young person had gone. Upon attending the residence where the young person resides, he was observed matching the description given by the witness and arrested for the offences. He is to appear in bail court today at 1:30 p.m.
