NOISE BRINGS POLICE 22-year-old Ian Albert Naogizic of 11-354 Dacey Road, will be appear in bail court this morning after police were dispatched to his address early this morning regarding a noise complainant.

22-year-old Ian Albert Naogizic of 11-354 Dacey Road, will be appear in bail court this morning after police were dispatched to his address early this morning regarding a noise complainant.

When officers went to warn him about the noise, a police check for the accused revealed he was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants. Mr. Naogizic was taken into custody and will appear in court this morning.

The warrants were for one count of failing to appear in court, one count of impaired driving and one count of fail to provide breath sample.


BREAK-IN AT AURORA’S
21-year-old Blake Hudson of no fixed address will also appear in bail court this morning. Yesterday morning, shortly before 6 am, city police were called to the Aurora’s West Side Restaurant for a break and enter.

A security guard for the alarm company saw 3 males leave the scene in a van and followed it. In the area of Korah and Sussex, the van stopped and 3 males fled the vehicle on foot. 2 males were described as wearing dark clothing and the 3rd male had a white shirt on.

Neighbours in the area started to call the police about males running through their backyards and police subsequently arrested Mr. Hudson. The other 2 males were wearing dark clothing, no other description available, and they were not apprehended by police.

When officers checked the interior of the van they located 2-way radios in the vehicle. It is unknown if anything was taken from the break and enter at this time and this matter is being followed up by officers from the Investigation Services Section.

Mr. Hudson was on a probation order at the time of the arrest with conditions to keep the peace and be good. Mr. Hudson has been charged with one count of break and enter and one count of breach of probation.


DRUG BUST
Members of the Joint Forces Drug Unit executed a search warrant yesterday afternoon at 2-33 Crystal Place that resulted in the arrest of a male. Upon executing the search warrant officers located 2 grams of cannabis resin and 179 grams of cannabis marihuana.

Officers also found a small amount of the marihuana being transformed into resin. The street value of the drugs seized is approximately $3,614.

Mark-Ryan Vigneault, age 28, of 2-33 Crystal Place has been charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance, one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance, and one count of production of a controlled drug or substance. He will appear in court on October 4th.


JUMPED ON A CAR
30-year-old Michael Calderhead of 2-314 Albert Street West was arrested shortly after 11 pm last night after he jumped on another person’s car. This resulted in the windshield of the car being shattered. Mr. Calderhead has been charged with one count of mischief and will appear in court on October 4th.


BREAK & ENTER
Yesterday Police took a report of a break and enter that had occurred overnight to McLeod Brothers at 65 White Oak Drive. Thieves stole a safe and it’s contents. The safe contained a small-undisclosed amount of money as well as some documents.
