It is alleged that between June of 2012 and Dec. of 2017 the accused assaulted his ex-girlfriend on four separate occasions and threatened to kill her on one occasion

It is alleged that the accused attended a business in the 700-block of Pine Street where she selected just under $50 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying

It is alleged that on Jan. 3, 2018 the accused attempted to cash a fraudulent cheque for over $2,700 made out to her name at a local bank

A local woman faces charges as a result

Once in custody, Police discovered that she was wanted on an outstanding warrant

Police say two men forced their way into a Morin Street residence and assaulted a male victim inside

The accused were both apprehended by store security and held for police

It is alleged that one of the accused threatened a store employee with a needle and then took cash and other merchandise

On March 5, 2018 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 31-year-old female as a result of a domestic violence incident.
