The accused was travelling westbound in the eastbound lane and collided with a vehicle that was travelling westbound in that lane

He's accused of approaching a local business and soliciting a sales transaction that would benefit him personally in exchange for his assistance as a council member

He is also accused of brandishing a knife in an earlier incident
