TORONTO — The Toronto Argonauts have signed Canadian kicker Ronnie Pfeffer. The five-foot-11, 185-pound native of Kitchener, Ont., returns to the Argonauts after spending the last season and a half with Ottawa.

HAMILTON — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have shored up their depth at quarterback behind starter Zach Collaros by signing free agent Logan Kilgore. The 27-year-old made seven appearances for the Toronto Argonauts last season, starting three times.
