NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. — A 23-year-old man has been charged in a hit-and-run that killed a woman in Niagara Falls, Ont., on Saturday night. Niagara Regional Police say officers responded to a crash near Lundy's Lane and Beaverdams Road around 8:40 p.m.
