I always read Mr. Shields comments and I highly respect his opinions on weather.
Said that, the weather prediction for the down town Queen Street require a person that can envision many factors that seem to be absent around the local Airport, for an example.
I also noticed Mr. Shields inform us regarding the local weather but if we read Thunder Bay, Dryden; there is no need of boiling water there.
And that's an interesting point, a secret well kept, what changes in temperature will the water in Lake Superior register with a March the 4th. air temperature of 7 degrees Celsius.
