HoundsGal73 the point is that they NEVER come to the door to attempt the delivery. So I can't answer the door when they don't even come to the door in the first place.
I agree that it doesn't make sense that the don't deliver the packages, but that's the reality with Canada Post.

The mail carriers at my place drive vehicles and all mailboxes are out at the road. So no, they are not lugging any packages around. They aren't even walking. They just can't be bothered to attempt any delivery.
