If you knew what was Provincially mandated in ANY domestic investigation you would not make such a naive comment. Pretty easy to sit behind a computer and blame everyone else when they have no clue what the job entails, roles and responsibilities not only of the police, but victim services, Crowns, courts, CAS are, when it comes to DV incidents.
