Another apartment building run by Cara Community, which in lamens terms means Caring Community.
Unfortunately they are not.
Cara 2 has gone downhill & has many unkempt areas & druggies in the building, ruining it for others to enjoy.
Hopefully this new building will be run & kept up better.

Yup I said it, the more immigrants that are coming in, taking over jobs, housing etc, the more homeless there's going to be.
