I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Betty. She was a wonderful and kind person that will be misssed by everyone whose lives she touched. Their track record should have been a glimpse of what is yet to come from them.
It should have been a "Hard Pass" to approve anything that they are offering to build.
They need to clean up their other messes, monetarily and structurally before they should be given any consideration. Big Fail ! City Council yet again!
