Afternoon news On October 8th Police Officers were called to an apartment unit in the 300 block of Albert St. W. for an assault complaint. Officers learned that a 47 year old male had assaulted his 39 year old neighbor by punching him.

Afternoon news On October 8 Police Officers attended Walmart on Bay Street for two adult shoplifters. Officers arrested and charged Kya-Lee Neven, age 19 and Jody Edwards age 22 both of 90 Grace St. with Theft under $5,000.00.

Evening news 39 year old Annette Denis of Gilles St. was arrested at the court house on outstanding warrants for Threatening and 4 counts of Breach of an Undertaking.

Afternoon news A 16 year old female attended at the station to turn herself in on an outstanding warrant for Fail to Appear Prints on August 29 2013. She was printed and given a court date of Oct 29 for the new charge.

Between September 6 and September 24, 2013 it is alleged that the accuse William Khull, age 56 of 112 Dennis Street, Apt. B, was at 446 Great Northern Road, (Walmart) working for a local vending company.

Evening news: Three reported vehicles were entered in the overnight hours. A vehicle in the area of Golf Range Crescent was entered and a wallet with identification was taken. A vehicle was entered in the area of McGregor Avenue.

Evening news On October 3, 2013 at 4:40 pm 22 year old Cody Cuthberson, who is currently in custody at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre, was charged by City Police today with threatening and breaching a condition of his probation.

Afternoon news On October 2, 2013, at approximately 8:30 a.m., City Police arrested and charged a 41-year-old male in relation to a domestic disturbance.

On Oct 1st at at 2:18 pm Police Officers arrested and charged a 32 year old male with Breaching his Court Imposed Recognizance. The male was on released conditions not to contact a female victim from a previous domestic incident.
