A Number of Assault Charges Laid 1) A 52-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after being arrested and charged with one count of assault.

Two Counts of Assault & One Count of Breach A 39-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after being arrested last evening and charged with two counts of assault and one count of breach of a release order.

People to Appear in Bail Court 1) Officers from Investigation Services arrested a 23-year old male yesterday afternoon. The accused was observed in the downtown area and officers were aware that there was a warrant of arrest for the accused.

Charged with Assault, Mischief and Breach A 38-year old male will appear in bail court this morning.

Reminder to Motorists The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is again reminding motorist to slow down and adjust their driving to the road conditions. Snow covered roads can be slippery underneath.

Outstanding Warrant on Assault Charges 32-year old Leo Tremblay of 24 Amherst Street will appear in bail court this morning. Officers arrested the accused on an outstanding warrant from an assault incident in June of this year.

People to Appear in Bail Court A 16-year old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant for one count of possession of property obtained by crime for her involvement with a stolen vehicle from August of this year.

Fraud Alert Officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Fraud Unit are currently investigating an incident that took place yesterday morning.

Halloween Safety Tips Halloween is fast approaching and will be here tomorrow. The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service would like to share some safety tips with the public.

Charged with Two Counts of Breach 21-year old Mark Pine of Garden River will appear in bail court this morning. Just after 10 pm last evening City Police attended on Chambers Avenue for a disturbance call.
