MOSTLY DOMESTIC STUFF A domestic dispute from July of 2003 and another incident yesterday morning has a 48 year-old man appearing in bail court this morning.

There was very little on the police blotter this morning. Two males were picked up on outstanding warrants and will appear in court today. Yesterday police were called when a male refused to pay $9.75 for a taxi ride.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT CHARGES A Garden River man will appear in court on March 8th after a domestic dispute last night resulted in him being charged with 2 counts of assault.

OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 21 year-old Natasha Dool was arrested this morning because of outstanding arrest warrants. In December of last year Miss Dool failed to appear for finger printing on 2 separate occasions.

A LITTLE TOO CLOSE A motor vehicle collision in front of the Pee Wee Arena at 5:18 pm yesterday resulted in 71 year-old Rene Ouellett of 225 Beverley Street being charged with Follow too closely.

YOUNG OFFENDER CHARGED A young offender was charged with assault and will appear in youth court on March 2nd. The assault involved the accused grabbing and pushing the complainant, who was known to the accused, into a wall.

Sgt. Joe Trudeau of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service reports a very quiet night last night. Justin Campbell, age 9, had been reported missing yesterday evening but was located at approximately 10:30 p.m.

ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT Sergeant Joe Trudeau says City Police had a fairly busy night last night. One 30-year-old male was arrested at 10:00 p.m. yesterday after he allegedly assaulted a female by pulling her hair.

Bail court will be a busy place this morning with 9 people scheduled to appear. DRUG BUST Patrol officers arrested 2 out of town men yesterday afternoon on Highway 17 North after a search of their vehicle turned up a large quantity of drugs.
