SILVA, Harold Raymond

(R.C.N.V.R. World War II) - Formerly of Whitefish Falls, after a lengthy illness at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday September 17, 2005; born August 10, 1914 in Pictou, Nova Scotia. Predeceased by his wife Betty and daughters Nancy and Maryann.

BUCHANAN, Gwendolyn (Gwen) Patricia

Died peacefully in her 69th year at the Van Daele Nursing Home in Sault Ste. Marie, on Thursday, September 15, 2005, following a three and a half year struggle for life. Beloved wife and best friend for 46 years to Duane Buchanan.

W.W. II Veteran Branch 189, Blind River, passed away in his 80th year at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia, Ontario with his wife Leda (Hehir) of 51 years by his side.

Passed away September 9th at the age of 92, in Lake City, Michigan. Brother of George and wife Bette of Soo, Ontario and the late Alice Kelly (late James). Funeral service will be in Jackson, Michigan.
