On the 6th of September 2003 at 6:30 am, Sault OPP officers responded to a report of a deceased male. Officers attended at a residence in Rupert Acres Trailer Park and located the deceased male.

DEATH RULED NATURAL CAUSES The Sault detachment of the O.P.P. has been investigating the death of a 36-year-old Heyden man, Robert Wing, who was discovered deceased at his residence at the Beaumont Trailer Park on August 28.

UNEVENTFUL HOLIDAY WEEKEND Both City Police and the O.P.P. have had an uneventful twenty-four hours as everyone enjoys the holiday weekend. The City Police Service has one person in the cells who was picked up for being intoxicated in a public place.

BODY FOUND AT HEYDEN The O.P.P. is investigating the death of a 38-year-old Heyden man who was discovered in his residence at the Beaumont Trailer Park yesterday.

FATAL ACCIDENT NEAR WAWA A fatal motor vehicle accident occurred yesterday morning at 6:15 about 45 km south of Wawa. A southbound car with six persons swerved to avoid hitting a moose on the highway, went into the ditch and rolled.

FATAL WAWA ACCIDENT CLOSES HIGHWAY LANE A single vehicle rollover accident 25 miles south of Wawa has closed one lane of Highway 17. The accident, which occurred at 6:15 this morning, has resulted in one death and 3 injuries. O.P.P.
