THEFT FROM TRUCK Police received a theft complaint yesterday from the Shetland Trailer Court in Hayden. The cab of a pick-up had been entered and a chop-saw valued at $1,000 was taken. The saw is a Duwalt 12 inch and is yellow in colour.

On Tuesday at 11:00 p.m., the East Algoma O.P.P. was dispatched to a Bruce Mines establishment. Three males had been discovered inside playing pool after the establishment had closed.

Police investigated a 2-vehicle accident on Highway 556, the Ranger Lake Road, yesterday at 10:30 a.m. in Snow Township. John Dallaire of Dowling, Ontario, was charged with failing to share the roadway under the Highway Traffic Act.

The O.P.P. is continuing the investigation into a fatal motor vehicle accident yesterday at 2:50 p.m. on Highway 17 approximately 80 kilometres north of Sault Ste. Marie.

DOUBLE FATALITY There was a fatal collision between a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle today on Highway 17 about 80 kilometres north of the Sault. The driver and passenger on the motorcycle died at the scene.
