MISSING WITNESS ARRESTED On December 18, at 10:00 am, Deryl Goodfellow, age 23 of Pageant Dr. was to appear in superior court as a witness and neglected to do so. As a result a witness warrant for the arrest of Goodfellow was issued.

15-YEAR-0LD ARRESTED Yesterday morning at 11:25 am detectives from the Investigation Services Section arrested and charged a 15-year-old male with Breach of Probation. The youth was on probation with a condition to attend school.

IMPAIRED CHARGE Yesterday at 4:30 pm, Sean McLarty, age 35 of 124 Letcher St. allegedly operated a motor vehicle, a blue, unplated 1989 Ford F150, while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol.

The Sault Police Service's R.I.D.E. program was in operation on Friday night. There were 515 vehicles checked, 17 roadside tests were administered resulting in seven 12-hour suspensions. No impaired charged were laid.

ACCIDENT SENDS TWO TO HOSPITAL City police had a fairly quiet night last night. One accident on Pine Street sent two people to hospital with minor injuries.
