This morning at 12:40, police responded to an assault. It is alleged that Brian Keith Marion, age 29, of 14 Woodward Street, Apt #4, Blind River, along with three other males, assaulted Daniel Sutherland on Gore Street.

There were five break and enters and one attempted break-in that were investigated by police over the past 24 hours. In the 100 block of Church Street at about 12:40 yesterday afternoon thieves made off with a quantity of electronic equipment.
