TEN ARRESTS OVERNIGHT City police report a moderately busy night last night with a total of ten arrests. Three involved young offenders including a 12-year-old male for threatening.

BREAK AND ENTERS Patrick McMillan, age 47, of 288 Cathcart Street was charged on Wednesday with one count of break and enter at an apartment in the 10o block of Albert Street East. The Break and enter was reported on Sept 23.

City police had a very quiet 24 hours and have nothing to report.

A 31-year-old resident, Rodney Saunders of 100 James Street was arrested last evening and has been charged with one count of robbery in connection with an incident at the Queen West Variety Store located at 602 Queen Street West.

Two Calgary residents were arrested late last evening and have been charged with one count of fraud over $5,000 and one count of conspiracy to commit fraud.

On January 6, 2016 City Police attended at the Sault Area Hospital responding to a threatening call. Investigation revealed that after a verbal argument with hospital staff a male age 46 allegedly threatened to cause bodily harm to a staff member.
