Bambi's Buddies Took A Beating Sault Ste Marie OPP were called to four separate animal collisions over the long weekend. From Saturday morning to Monday evening one moose and three deer were struck by vehicles in our detachment area.

Break & Enter Charge A thirteen year old Heyden youth has been charged with breaking into a Heyden home on Saturday afternoon. On Saturday 13 May 2006 neighbours watched as the youth rode his bike up to a home and scouted out the residence.
