TRACTOR TRAILER CLIPS SNOW PLOW At 6:15 p.m. yesterday, a westbound tractor-trailer was passing a westbound snowplough on Highway 17 in the Garden River Area. The tractor-trailer clipped the snowplough causing minor damage. No one was injured.
