At 10 p.m. on January 18, 2016 city police arrested Adam McKinley of Whitby, ON on an outstanding warrant. It’s alleged that between September and November of 2014 the accused stole funds in excess of $27,000 from a person known to the accused.

Sometime overnight between January 16 and January 17, a shed on Pentagon Boulevard was entered. Nothing was taken from the shed. However thieves did steal a 2008 Mercury 25 horsepower long outboard motor from a boat stored in the yard.

On December 22, 2015 a male was at a residence in the area of South Market Street and after a verbal argument he allegedly caused damage to the interior of the apartment.

On the 14 January 2016 at about 2:30 a.m. police were notified of a suspicious vehicle in the Armories parking lot on Pine St. On arrival, police discovered a male that was asleep behind the wheel of the vehicle.

On January 12 city police attended at Phoenix Group on Black Road for a break and enter to the business. Electronics were taken. Sometime overnight between January 11 and January 12, a residence in the 500 block of Lake Street was broken into.

Sometime overnight between January 10 and January 11 a residence in the 100 block of Albert Street East was broken into. Nothing was taken. Sometime in the evening hours of January 11th a residence on Wallace Terrace was broken into.

Sometime overnight an unknown culprit broke into a residence on Albert Street East. Damage was done to a door frame and nothing was taken. On January 10, 2016 at 9:55 p.m.

On January 9, 2016 at 10:24 a.m. City Police arrested 46-year-old Jeffery Allan McDonald of Herrick St. It alleged that Mr. McDonald attended at Walmart on Bay St and stole food merchandise valued at $43.

Sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on January 7 a residence on Curran Drive was broken into. Electronics and jewellery were taken.
