20 year old Peter Armstrong of Wellington Street East will appear in bail court again tomorrow after assaulting an officer in the courthouse cell block today.

Afternoon news A 32 year old male turned himself in on a domestic warrant for breach of probation. It is alleged he was in contact with the victim while on probation not to communicate with the victim. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 24.

33 year old Marlene St.Germaine of 317 Wellington St. E. Apt. # 1 will be appearing in Court on July 8th as well, as a result of charges laid on her by Police on June 7th.

On June 7th, 2013 at approximately 11:45 am a home owner in the 1200 block of Old Garden River Rd. complained to police that their home was broken into.

A rock was thrown at a window at a local business in the 200 block of Trunk Road causing approximately $900 damage. A vehicle in the 40 block of Wiber Street was scratched causing damage to the entire body.

At approximately 4 pm on the 4 th of June a 16-year old female left the open secure facility in which she had been sent to. A short time later the female turned herself into the City Police. She has been charged with one count of escape custody.

Break and Enters and Thefts: Between June 2 nd at 6:00pm and June 3 rd at 7:00pm a break and enter occurred in the 100 block of Albert Street East. Entry was gained through an unlocked window and stolen were tools and a television.

A youths 4 Wheeler ATV was taken from the 100 block of Black Road. The 4 Wheeler is orange in colour. * * * A black Dodge Caravan attended at the Shell Station on Great Northern Road and put $68.
