Afternoon release: On Friday May 17 th , 2013 at shortly after 9:00 pm the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center contacted City Police to advise that an adult male did not attend as required for his intermittent sentence.

Afternoon news City Police picked up 25 year old Shawn LeBlanc of 115 Chestnut Street on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged Mr. LeBlanc failed to report for fingerprints as a result of a mischief charge back in 2011.

Arrest A 19 year old male was removed from a central area residence when police attended regarding a Domestic dispute. The Male was subsequently charged with Mischief under $5000 for causing damage to that residence.

Afternoon news At approximately 5:30 this morning officers attended the Lock City Dairy area on McNabb St. for a report of a horse running loose. A moose was located and scared back towards the bush line.

Afternoon release: A vehicle had its window smashed overnight on Bainbridge St. Change was taken from the vehicle. A vehicle was entered on Northern Ave and change was taken. A vehicle on Grand Blvd.

Afternoon news An office was reported broken into in the 100 block of Old Garden River Road sometime between 11:30 p.m. on the 14th of May and 7:30 a.m. on the 15th of May.

News Release – May 14, 2013 – 5:30am – 5:30pm Arrests/Charged Persons: On May 14, 2013 Hannah Harvey of No Fixed Abode, age 23 was arrested on outstanding warrants for failing to attend court and breach of probation X 2.

Afternoon release: Arrests/Charged Persons: On May 13/2013, officers attended at the Sault Area Hospital regarding an assault complaint. It is alleged that a 32 year old female patient assaulted 3 nursing staff.

At approximately 3:40 a.m. an alert neighbour reported a break and enter in progress to Ubriaco's Restaurant on Pim Street The front door was found broken in and a rear door was found open.
