On February 9 at 2:30 a.m. a 14-year-old young person attended at his residence in an intoxicated state. The young person was on conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and not to molest his guardian.

On February 3 police were called to an address in the west end of the city for threatening and theft report. Information received was that a 28-year-old male that was known to the victim attended and threatened to kill her.

Evening news: This morning Police Officers arrested a 15 year old male for Breach his Undertaking. The youth was on release conditions to be in his residence nightly.

Yesterday during the daytime hours, a home on Rossmore Road was broken into. The break in was reported last evening.

Afternoon news Between January 31 and February 4 unknown persons broke into an apartment in the 100 block of Manitou Drive and stole a quantity of cash. 33 year old Martin Vine of Hudson Street will be appearing in bail court tomorrow.

Evening news: A resident in the 400 block of Goulais Avenue reported a break and enter. It is reported that sometime overnight someone forced entry to their house and stole an IBM laptop computer, a quantity of American change and some liquor.

A 15-year-old male was arrested by City Police last night at the City Bus Terminal. The call was for a male passed out on a bench at the terminal. When Police arrived they found the young person to be intoxicated.

In the early morning hours of February 1, 2014, three break and enters were reported in the Millcreek Drive area. A variety of property was taken. In the same area, two vehicles were entered and loose change was taken.

Afternoon news On the 30 January 2014 an alleged spat between two brothers resulted in one getting a bottle smashed across his cheek. A serious cut sent the injured man to hospital for stitches.
