Afternoon news On the 1st of April 2014 the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service investigated a domestic assault complaint. Officers learned that a female had been assaulted by her male common-law husband.

20-year-old Alaina St. John of Old Garden River Road was arrested by city police on the 30th of March regarding her being wanted on breaching a condition of her probation order.

On March 30, 2014 at approximately 8:39 a.m., city police while patrolling in the Gore Street area observed a male subject known to police. A check of the individual was done and it was found that the male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

On the 29th of March at 6:30 a.m., City Police attended to the 100 block of Wellington Street East for a report of a motor vehicle collision and information that one of the drivers was possibly impaired.

Afternoon news City Police officers arrested a year old male this morning for failing to appear court on domestic related matters from late in 2013. He will be appearing in Bail Court on March 31st.

Afternoon news Shortly before 12:45 p.m. today a male attended at an east end address and threatened another male. The suspect left the area. The victim then attended and spoke to a neighbour outside about the male threatening him.

Police attended a domestic disturbance on Wellington St. at approximately 10 a.m. this morning.

On March 24, at approximately 9:30 p.m., an 18-year-old male was observed by patrol officers walking on Wellington St. near Hughes St. The male was known to the officers and a records check was done.

Evening news On the 24th of March 2014 Police located and arrested a 44 year old male who was wanted for 4 counts of Breach of Probation. The charges stem from a Domestic Conviction and Probation regarding the original female victim (ex-girlfriend).

Afternoon news Several vehicles in the 100 block of Panoramic Drive and 100 block of Plummer Court were entered overnight. A total of $6 in change was taken. On the 14th of March 2014 the Sault Ste.
