On March 29, 2015 Sault Ste. Marie Police arrested a 26 year male for two counts of domestic assault and two counts of breach of probation.

On March 26, 2015, city police responded to a shoplifting call at Rome’s, 44 Great Northern Road.

On March 25, 2015, city police responded to a domestic complaint from a female. It is alleged that a former spouse had inappropriate contact with her. As a result of the investigation, a man was arrested and charged with sexual assault.

Wednesday, March 25, 2015

On March 24, 2015, city police responded to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Sackville Road. On arrival it was discovered a female had been assaulted by a former boyfriend.

On the 23rd of March just before 6 a.m., city police attended at Planetarty Pride on Queen Street East for a break and enter. A small amount of money was taken.

32-year-old Luc Dale of Old Garden River Rd. was charged with breaching a condition of his probation. It is alleged he failed to report to his Probation officer when he was required to do so. Mr. Dale will be appearing in Provincial Court April 27.

On March 21, 2015 Sault Ste. Marie Police attended at Trunk Road near Lake Street for a motor vehicle accident. Both the driver and the passenger suffered facial injuries and were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

In the early morning hours of March 20, 2015 a west end resident observed a suspicious vehicle on his property. When the resident confronted the male and female occupants they fled from the area.

On March 19, 2015 at 3:30 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged Mark Jondreau, age 53, of Wallace Terrace with Impaired Driving, Failing to Perform Physical Co-ordination Tests and Possession of Cannabis Marihuana.

On March 18, at 9:55 am, Patrol Officers attended the intersection of North St. and Bloor St. for a complaint of a vehicle on the sidewalk. Officers spoke to the driver of the vehicle and asked the driver to provide a roadside breath test.
